If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 10 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange. 

Please return your item in the original packaging where possible. Please note, all items for refund or exchange should be both unwashed and in a re-sellable condition, not yet trained in.

Unfortunately, we can only accept purchases made directly from or from our shop.

If you have purchased a VanH product via a 3rd party retailer, please reach out directly to them to arrange your return.



From time-to-time, manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us at Items that are damaged due to excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty. Receipt of test-driven or washed garments may result in your product being returned to sender and not processed for exchange.

This is applicable for sales in South Africa.  Please contact directly for any international returns or exchanges.  Items need to be returned via courier company as extreme delays can occur via the postal service. 



Repair Service Policy

VanH offers a free repair service where a crash or accident has damaged a garment within the first year after you have bought it.  If the garment is damaged beyond repair, we will offer you a 30% discount on a replacement garment.  Each case will be analysed and communicated with you directly.

Please note that repairs can take up to 4 weeks to process, once they have been received by our repairs team.

Excluded garments

All Base Layers, T-shirts, Hoodies, Arm Warmers, Socks, Caps, Beanies, headwear, Casual wear, Bottles, Phone and Tool pouches.

Zip Breaks

Cycling can put stress on zips and they can break on occasion. We will replace the zip on your garment when this happens.

NB Customers are responsible for returning goods to us when using the free repair service. This includes the cost of shipping and any insurance for damage or loss in transit (although this is not a requirement but is undertaken at the customer’s risk). VanH will ensure goods are shipped back to the customer free of charge in South Africa. VanH cannot accept customs charges incurred when returning items. IMPORTANT: All packages must be marked “goods returned under warranty”.

Once your item is received it will normally be processed within four weeks and an email confirmation will be sent out. If you haven’t heard from us by then, please email with full shipment details. Please note, we may turn down repairs if deemed irreparable (e.g. staining, abrasions, cut off by paramedics or too much damage), but an alternative solution will be offered where possible.



 If you have purchased a VanH cycling clothes in your own capacity on or through us directly within the current year and due to cycling you have lost weight and are in need of a new cycling clothes any size smaller than the previous clothes you bought, we would love to offer you 30% discount on your new cycling clothes.  This means that all the cycling clothes you have bought before you lost weight can be replaced at a 30%.  If you would like to stock up on additional items they can be purchased at the normal price.
