Always use cold water when washing your VanH garments. Preferably hand wash them to increase their life cycle. If you absolutely need to put them in a machine, do so inside a laundry bag and use a delicate cycle. The abrasion during a long wash cycle can damage the fibers inside the fabric. Remember to close all the zippers and to turn the garments inside out (seams outside) before washing it.
Never use any softeners or bleach on your VanH cycling and active wear. It causes the chamois adhesive to break down and impacts on the elasticity of the garment.
Do not wring excess water. Always dry your garment hanging in a well ventilated area but not in direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry or dry clean. When storing your garments make sure the area is cool and dry to prevent bacteria growth and the deterioration of the fabric.
